James did a great job as our buying agent, he gave sound advice without pressuring us into any particular decision. He is always available, even outside normal working hours, and was always happy to answer my many questions. When we were negotiating, he was able to convince the seller to accept our counter offer, and we ended up with a great deal on the house!
